Return Policy
- All sales are final due to hygienic reasons.
But on rare occasions;- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase if the wrong item was delivered.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased at full price, sale items are final sale.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product, minus any shipping costs.
Exceptions:

- No returns or refunds on opened or used products.
- No returns or refunds on special orders or customized products.
- No returns or refunds on products purchased more than 7 days ago.
Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email – 2poshbeauty@gmail.com stating your order number and a photo of the affected product.

If the product is deemed defective by us, you will receive a replacement of the same item. If otherwise, a replacement or refund is not applicable here.
