Refund and Return Policy


All sales are final due to hygienic reasons.

But on rare occasions;

    • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase if the wrong item was delivered.
    • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    • Customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Returns are only accepted for products purchased at full price, sale items are final sale.
 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will include the full amount paid for the product, minus any shipping costs.

Exceptions:

    • No returns or refunds on opened or used products.
    • No returns or refunds on special orders or customized products.
    • No returns or refunds on products purchased more than 7 days ago.
 

Damaged or Defective Products

  • ⁠If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email – 2poshbeauty@gmail.com stating your order number and a photo of the affected product.

  • If the product is deemed defective by us, you will receive a replacement of the same item. If otherwise, a replacement or refund is not applicable here.
